Fast weapon switch? : Fallout 4

Is there anyway in Fallout 4 to switch weapons without going into the Inventory and digging it out?

The number keys don't seem to do anything.

This is on PC Windows 10 Insider edition ( up to date ).

Press F if you added weapon to favorite slot
