along with the Very OP and hopelessly game breaking perks of Wax Key and Unbreakable

To be fair I did not have a problem with there system. Thought it was for the most part just fine in Skyrim.

It should be interesting. The new perk system is clearly a departure from anything we've seen in previous games.
