Please help me, my game is running but I can't play it

I got Fallout 4 on steam when it was released, and I was able to play it for 4 hours before I got an infinite loading screen which made me forcefully close it and somehow destroyed my chances of playing the game til this day.

When I try to run the game fullscreen, it's just a black screen and it crashes. A lot of solutions online say to run the game in windowed/boarderless mode, but when I try that the game doesn't even appear on my screen. It's running in the task bar, but it won't pop up when I click on it and there's no way to restore it. Also, I play this game on a laptop with no other monitors.

I'm not sure if its something wrong with my game files or if its a fault on my computer. I have no idea what happened to my game when I forced shut it down. I have reinstalled the game but it hasn't fixed anything. Please help me I've been trying to find a solution but neither forums nor steam support have emailed me back.
I got a digital copy(no disk).
I've been looking everywhere for a solution for the past 4 days but I haven't gotten a response or the right solution. Please help me the game broke on my birthday which is bad enough and I just want it to work. I've also deleted random files in the game and repaired them to see if it would fix the game but nothing's fixed.

it svcks balls that non one has tried to answer you.

which windows os you are running would be a factor. having not had any problems except super slow loading screens, I don't know which os is bugging the most (7,8, or 10)

did you actually contact bethesda support? their turn around time may be super slow right now.

edit: did you get it to work?

Actually I did found the solution, but it wasn't Bethesda's problem. Just incase somebody has the same problem as me I'll put down what I did.

When I redownloaded the game and it was still broken, I had a feeling that maybe it was something wrong with my laptop instead of the actual game. I looked around the web but I couldn't find any solutions, so I went to sites like Toshiba (my laptop brand) and Microsoft to see if I could get any support and eventually I was able to get in an online chat with someone from Microsoft (the guy I talked to was really kind, good guy).

Since I had already gone through a lot of methods to try and fix my game, it wasn't long until we found out what the problem was. Apparently, my user profile was corrupted due to a lack of maintenance, so I was able to play the game by making a new profile and moving EVERYTHING (all 174gb of it -_-) from my old profile to my new one.

So if re downloading a game still doesn't work, try making a new user and play on that profile (just remember to make it administrator)
