Thicket Excavations graphic issue : Fallout 4

So i traveled to Thicket Excavations because I've not been there before and came across this issue. Not sure what's causing it so here's my settings i have, Highest graphics settings possible, changed FOV to 110 in .ini files. That's it.

This issue started occurring for me, when i started messing with the INI files also.

Try deleting the INI files:

%UserProfile%Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini

%UserProfile%Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4Custom.ini

%UserProfile%Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4Prefs.ini

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Fallout4\Fallout4Prefs.ini

and Re-Verifying the Game Files in Steam.

I then used the Fallout 4 Configuration Tool on nexus to changed my FOV to 110 and 90.

Also, just try saving in the area, exiting the game and reloading.
