Piper won't follow me? : Fallout 4

Please help, after exploring the commonwealth for a while I noticed that Piper was not with me, I fast traveled to Sanctuary and she was with me again but now she won't follow me. Whenever I fast travel or enter a new area/building she will come with me but will not follow me, it seems like she is stuck and can't move

I just picked her up today and I am still in Diamond City. I plan on keeping a close watch on this thread just in case I have the same issue. I literally had her for maybe 5 minutes before leaving home in RL.

Have you checked to ensure she isn't overburdened?

"If she is stuck and can't move you might try If your character gets stuck or if your character starts moving slowly when he or she isn’t overburdened with loot, there are a couple of things to try.

The first thing to try is a restart of your game and/or system. One user claims that his character started moving extremely slow and that movement speed returned to normal after a quick restart."

Let us know if this works. We can help a lot of folks by finding answers to problems and reporting them in the hardware and software section.

I have reset my game and PS4 several times, I have also taken most of her loot, to see if she was overburdened but she still won't move, I did reload a save from yesterday and that worked, but I really don't won't to lose all my progress from today

One thing I've learned about Bethesda games is to save often and save saves because...glitches and bugs...

Thanks, I've just reloaded the old save, il just play from there.
