Will it be for windows 10 only... If so this game will be terrible...

I own windows 7.... and Refuse like many others "Millions" of others out there, to get windows 8 or 10.

I understand directx 12 Is mainly windows 10.. but I hope these doesn't effect what we play the game on!

I could troll and say you will need Windows 8 or 10 but I wont. Lesser people might however.

Win 7 will be supported.

Skyrim was compatible with Windows XP.

Don't worry.

I'm the same. 8 and 10 have done nothing but make me like 7 all the more.

 Skyrim was a DirectX9 game?
Well, that would explain a lot.

Nice! You own a pirated win 7 version?

Because you wouldn't need to complain if it was a legal copy. All legal Win 7 versions get a free Win 10 upgrade.

Windows 10 is a free upgrade for anyone who owns Windows 7, I suggest you get it.

What operating system the game supports will have zero impact on whether it's good or not.

Well, DirectX version is tied to operating system. So graphics and performance are at least affected.

From the footage, i'd expect W7 (DX11) to be minimum requirement.

I hope so, most GPUs are capable of at least DX10 these days, releasing a DX9 game (As in, a game that will run on XP) is absurd. Not only will newer releases of directX improve the graphics but they will run much faster than DX9 on cards designed for DX10 or higher.

The PC version of Fallout 4 will run on Windows 7 64-bit, don't worry Windows 7 is still about 46% of the PC video games market.

Bethesda Games Studios might support DirectX 12 in 2016 for both of the PC version and Xbox One version of Fallout 4. According to a lot of stuff I read about DirectX 12 in the last year and a half or so DirectX 12 can take 2 months to implement. The PC version of Fallout 4 will run on DirectX 11 I'm 100% sure about it. No way it's going to be DirectX 12 only when it gets released for sale.
