It's not the card nor the drivers. It's the game and launcher. I have a GTX 750 ti and, sorry but don't ask me how, I got it to recognize the card. As for how well the card itself runs the game, not well, but don't run out and buy a new card; people with high end cards are having just as many problems running the game. There are multiple problems at work, NONE OF WHICH IS YOUR CARD OR DRIVERS. It's texture compression, the amount of shadows that you (or anyone) have any way to disable, the amount of crap around everything, etc, etc, rinse, repeat, etc. It simply overloads cards GPU ability to render them ESPECIALLY INDOOR AREAS and BIG CITIIES. It's like they designed the game for future technology without realizing that 90% of people have middle of the road equipment. Except, even the 10% running high end rigs are finding that indoor and city areas drop their FPS to stutter city. I've been trying to tweak the .ini's in every way possible to smooth out the graphics and gameplay with no luck. Like you, skyrim and FNV are flawless on my rig, but Fallout 4? Junk. But, everyone telling you it's drivers, etc, etc, are blowing smoke. It's not.
