Anyone getting this problem?
When I interact with a npc I get no voice response, I have to turn approximately 45 degrees left or right to hear the npc, because of a small delay doing this I am missing most of the voices and storyline.
I have sent 2 tickets to support but only get a generic response with no contact from Bethesda support.
Yes I have updated windows plus all other drivers before anyone suggest that.

It sounds like you might have your audio incorrectly set up in Windows. If you have a 5.1 or 7.1 set-up, it will use the center speaker for dialogue when you are facing the NPC, and the left/right speakers if you turn. I'm guessing that Windows thinks you have a 5.1 or 7.1 set-up, but you actually only have 2 or maybe 4 speakers. Either that, or maybe your center speaker doesn't work/isn't plugged in?
