After receiving McCready's perk, all of the VATS % are stuck at 95% in any situation.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Not only that, but all of the locks' lockpicking position is always the same. It started happening after I got his perk, so that might have caused it.

So now it's very easy to hit enemies in VATS and open any lock. Any fix?
