I am missing the Minuteman in the quest Taking Independence who sits at the radio tower to activate it.

I only have Preston at the Castle.

Does someone know that character's ID so I can spawn him so I can finish this quest properly?

I've already sent a ticket into Bethesda Support a few days ago, but have received no help.
