sanctuary menus vanish : Fallout 4

This happens a lot of the time but not ALL the time.

I'm in sanctuary and have cancelled workshop mode. I TRY to open menu to travel or whatever using M, but nothing happens same if I press J or Tab. But nothing happens. I alt+tab out of game and back and then menus seem to work again!

Try to run sprint a little and then try to open the pipboy. It sounds like this bug.
