Like your ideas, major problem with the .32 pistol straight out. Its a revolver, and stainless, in theory it should be the most reliable.
Then there is damage, let's argue the .32 is its strongest closest relative IRL, the .327 Federal Magnum (Unlikely to be .357, because .32 comes in the 8mm Category while .357 is in 9mm parameters.), the 10mm, Presumably the 10mm Auto (as it was the one tested by the FBI, and the Fallout Bible suggests this as the reason it became the standard in the FO Universe over the IRL standard of 9x19mm Parabellum.), has higher ballistic performance. It is far superior in both speed and kinetic force on target.
The Mauser style Chinese Pistol should be more reliable than the Colt N99 10mm because of its more simplistic design, however, it would likely lack accuracy and it may be just a few points weaker than the Colt.
The N99 Colt should be as powerful or a smidgen better than the Chinese Pistol, but on design more likely to fail, but more accurate.
If you change the .32 to .357, it would be the most powerful, but its relatively smaller barrel would make it less accurate. Its revolver design however will ALWAYS be more reliable than either other two pistols.
Just some constructive criticism. Most everything else is interesting, a good work for the most part. Im just anol about ballistics.
