I apologize if this isn't the right place, but I think the penetrator perk is bugged. After putting 2 points into the perk, it stats my shots would hit people behind cover, but from my experience the perk isn't working or bugged. When people are hiding behind objects like wooden towers, you can't hit them, which the perks claims you could.

report it with as much info as possible so we can log it and see if others have the same issue.
