I experienced the 'head cripple' glitch which caused my character to suffer from a permanent -1 perception. I was able to semi reset that status by getting in and out of power armor.

However, now my character no longer participates with dialog and some of my dialog options just fail. There is no prompt or words, just returns control of the character to me without any other interaction.

I need my character to start speaking again. Any help?
