so, after seeing how great the ripper was for myself, i decided to get one for Piper as well... big mistake

after attacking the first ghoul with it she froze in place, chainsaw whirring... and whirring... and whirring forever, even after unequipped, after loading a new zone, after restarting/reloading the game.

is there a way to reset her to default Piper?... any help would be great, i like her more than Cait

Load a previous save is my only piece of advice.
Thanks for the warning / possible problem. I let Nick have the curved ripper heh.
