Crash after 5 seconds of gameplay : Fallout 4

Alright so i have a save with about 30 hours playtime and now suddenly starts to crash after 10 seconds of play time or if i try to open any workshop, crafting station or open the Pitboy.

I have verify game files, update GPU drivers(15.11.1) but nothing has helped, Any suggestions would be appreciated.

AMD R9 290

16GIG RAM
