I have encountered a bug with the two quests having their quest target areas being swapped over.

I was able to turn in the quest "The Slog: Greenskins" by clearing Medford Memorial Hospital but I am not able to turn in Cleansing the Commonwealth for Rhys who is requesting me to clear Breakheart Banks which should've been the target area for "The Slog: Greenskins". I have tried to load a previous save and this problem remains even while Greenskins quest has yet to be turned in.

I would provide a screenshot of my quest menu showing this swap over but I don't have the permission to post links.

I assume the only way for me to get around this would be to start over the whole game.

Report this in this thread with as much info as possible so it can be logged and looked into, that screenshot would be great too!
