I'm currently on "The Nuclear Option" quest with the goal of "Kill everyone in the Relay Control Room." I have combed every inch of the Institute, tried going up and down elevators, checked out all the rooms. I'm tearing my hair out here. Oh, and to top it off, I have no quest marker whatsoever showing where to go.

Could someone tell me where the relay control room is?

Nevermind, I fixed it. It turns out the mission bugs out and is impossible to do if I teleported in with power armor. Thanks so much for that, Bethesda.
