Washington, DC as DLC? :)

Only if DC was rebuilt, which seems unlikely. Maybe in 40 years Fallout time, maybe I'd like to revisit it in its glory.

Bethesda did visit Solstheim in two TES DLCs, but it was in different states in Morrowind and Skyrim.

The answer I wanted was not included in this weirdly worded poll.

"No, it is a terrible idea"

Voted NO, but I disagree with "I never want to set another foot in Megaton as long as I'm alive". I love the DC wasteland, and I still visit it in FO3. As for FO4, no point in retreading old ground.

Sorry OP, not this time. Generally, I don't want anything to do with previously used areas. They'd have to do it tastefully, like they did with Dragonborn.

Even still, I'm not for it.

I'm no psychic, but I'm also certain that you will never get your wish. Fallout will always be in America. One of the central themes is that it's a parody on American culture.

no i would much rather forget it and its pizza orcs (Fallout 3 vault 87 super mutants looked like they were made of rotten pizza toppings and they talked like orcs) and believable and relatable as cartoon character inhabitants ever existed.

Correct. TTW literally converts FO3 into a DLC for New Vegas. So you can travel between both wastelands aka play BOTH games --AND ALL of the 2 games DLCs/packs--using the slightly more advanced NV engine. And the mod does this in a very immersive, lore friendly way. Check it out at the TTW site when you can

I'd rather New York City be the big Expansion DLC, instead of Capital Wasteland. I don't think there's much to do in DC, plus then you have to canonize The Lone Wanderer and I'm not a fan of that.
