I am able to access the Extras and Body for Facial Reconstruction, but whenever I select Face, the game immediately crashes to Desktop. I have reinstalled the game as well as restarted the computer and verified cache integrity. Does anyone have any idea of what is going on, or better yet, a solution to this? I made my toon really ugly due to my excitement to start playing and lack of artistic creativity, so I am really hoping to be able to change the way my character looks.

Wait are you using a console command or mod to try and do this? Or are you loading a save from before you left the vault and trying to do this?

I am trying to do this via Dr. Crocker at Diamond City, not through console or from the beginning. It is the game's method for Facial Reconstruction.
