I have set my level to 45 to mess around on another save, but then I went to the save before that and it's still 45, wont let me player.setlevel to 16, which is what I want but won't allow me to, please tell me there is a way to level down, the legendary enemies take up all my ammo before I'm able to kill them, pls help.

You cannot use the console command to level down your character. Try reducing the difficulty.

Ok thank you for telling me that, but there is completely no other way to change it, I have everything unlocked now so it doesn't make it very rewarding, again thanks for the help.

Only thing you can do is restart
