When I dive underwater everything is perfectly clear. I was getting the normal murky effects before. Don't know what could have changed, I did install some texture mods, uninstalling them doesn't help. bUseWaterDepth is enabled in the FalloutPrefs.ini. Anyone have any idea what else could cause it?

Yes me too was having same problem.

I figured what causes this.

i hate depth of view so I manually disable it but and left bokeh on, didn't think this will make the water clear.

you need to edit:

bDoDepthOfField=0 back to 1 to fix the clear underwater view.

Heck if people want clear under water with out using mods, then set it back to 0 for clear underwater exploring.
