So according to the Game Informer article linked here: http://www.gameinformer.com/games/fallout_4/b/playstation4/archive/2015/07/26/fallout-4-quakecon-presentation.aspx?utm_content=buffer11c8a&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer&PostPageIndex=2 There will be SPECIAL related videos released to tell us about each category, and how it relates in the game. Since there are seven of them I am predicting we get our first one on Tuesday July 28, and then every two weeks we get a new one. This will take us up to one week before the game is released.

I am kind of excited about SPECIAL this time around, and the way to sounds like it will affect our PC and his/her in game options. I am also really glad that they will be explaining it to us before we play the game so we can adjust our stats as we think will best fit our play style.
