3rd post I've seen with that error mate. It's a windows error, and not a new one, so Google it and see what comes up. There's several things that can cause it.

I have the same error and I am not sure it is a windows error. I am running a brand new computer, Windows 10 is updated and all drivers are updated. The weird thing is that FO4 has that error for me and not for my brother and he is alsp running a brand new computer with a fresh install of Win 10. No differences in our computer or software at all that I know of.

How can you say you're not sure it is a windows error, when it is in fact a windows error? Google it and you'll see posts including Far Cry 3 and several other games.

Sorted :) I'll bookmark this page for others, in case that particular fix is the Fallout 4 specific thing.
