So, I had recently started using console commands to give myself ammo and levels assuming it would not harm my game, Take note this is something I did before it started crashing constantly upon trying to continue my game

I am not sure if this is the reason, The only things i have tinkered with are giving myself ammo, levels, and resources that is it. if you have any ideas on how i can fix this issue please respond. I would love to be able to play my game

Upon posting this i realized I can load earlier saves, sorry for wasting your time. I fixed it everyone!
