I play fallout 4 in borderless windowed mode but the windows taskbar always stays on top of the game, blocking the bottom 5% or so of the game window. Anyone else having this problem or know how I can fix this?

What I've tried:

Alt tabbing out of and back into the game doesnt work

Playing in either full screen or windowed-NON-borderless-mode puts the game on top of the windows taskbar like normal

I can set the taskbar to auto-hide but windows still shows the little lines from the taskbar at the very bottom

I've tried switching resolution to something else, then back, didn't change anything

Tried disconnecting all but the primary monitor in windows display settings, didn't help

My system:

Running windows 7

4 monitors (playing Fallout on the primary monitor)

AMD r9 290

latest fallout patch, latest beta AMD drivers (15.11)
