This made me chuckle, I had this exact same issue with skyrim. Every time i quickload my fps will be cut in half - 60fps becomes 30fps all because of a bloody quickload! Is fallout that much of a re-skin of the skyrim engine that it has to bring across the exact same bugs to haha, bit of a joke really....
