So I've finished spoils of war and should be able to progress to the next brotherhood of steel arc, but the only quests i can do is form the ranks for the minute men. Is this because I did old guns and liberated the castle? I finished everything with regards to the brotherhood of steel up to this point, but cannot progress to ad victorium. has anyone encountered this probelm and if so how'd you fix it?
