How-to run F4 on middle of three monitors in fullscreen? : Fallout 4

I have three monitors (the right most is my main system monitor) and managed to get F4 running on the middle one in windowed borderless.

The screen is 16:10 but I set it to display 1920x1080 (not scaled) in the Nvidia control panel to have a 16:9 monitor.

Now I want to try F4 in non-windowed mode.

The launcher always launches on my main monitor and if I uncheck windowed/borderless, I can't choose my middle monitor as display anymore.

So I'm trying to set this up using the ini files.

I set:

bTopMostWindow=0

bMaximizeWindow=0

bBorderless=0

bFull Screen=1

iSize H=1080

iSize W=1920

in Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4Prefs.ini and locked it

and in Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4Prefs.ini

It still launches in borderless/windowed (on the correct monitor though).

How can I launch F4 on my middle monitor (1920x1080) in fullscreen mode (not windowed borderless) using the .ini settings?

I've never used it but supposedly http://sourceforge.net/projects/tvgamelauncher/ works with Steam games. (Ignore the "TV" part, it works for any monitor.)
