Hello,

I am currently 91 hours deep and have found a rather unusual bug? Whenever I crouch I can see the inside of my head and completely blocks my screen and pip-boy. I took all my armor off and can visibly see parts of my skeleton outside my body. Particularly 2-3 ribs. Doing a zoomed out crouch is fine, but as soon as I go to first person I get an intimate view of my grey matter. Anyone else seen this? Unable to pinpoint just when/how it happened.

It happens when you die in molten metal or similar.

Use the following console command to fix it

player.removeitem 001E22E5
