I was in power armor and was going through radiation and the noise got stuck. I've tried resting, fast traveling and reloading (the save that is before the noise works but is a couple hours back and in the middle of a quest so i really don't want to lose that progress). I haven't had a problem this bad all game and was hoping there was a console command that could reset sounds or something along those lines.

Same problem! No one I have seen has found a solution
