Who here plants to play the Default versions?

Saints Row 3 or 4 released their character creation as an app a month or so before the game came out with the option to save your creations and load them into the game when it came out. I would love to see Bethesda do that with FO4, I spent hours making dozens of characters that I never even played lol.

I remember before Skyrim came out I had ideas for around 15 or so different characters and wrote back stories for a few of my favorites. I spent hours with the character creator in Skyrim when I first loaded it up.

Can't tell if serious or not.... After all the ridiculous things I've seen people actually, genuinely, upset over... this might actually be a legitimate concern for you.... and if so, I'd kindly say re-watch the e3 reveal, specifically the portion where they do character creation...

Wonder if they'll have anything like the originals where they have a few preset characters with pre-written backgrounds. Like Albert Cole, etc. http://fallout.gamepedia.com/Albert_Cole

I only see one female hairstyle in that presentation. Spirited Treasure is technically correct.

We see multiple male hair styles, so one can make a highly educated guess that there is also multiple female hair styles. To think otherwise is a tad silly, just as it was silly to assume that there was only a male protagonist based on the 2 minute reveal trailer.

Bad enough I can't even use my own voice anymore to narrate my character thanks to the voiced protagonist. Unless there's a way to disable your PC's voice. No way am I using a default character.

That would be really fun. Of course that would probably make me overly antsy for the actual game to come out.

Yeah, I made a character for each race and then had trouble figuring out which one I actually wanted to play with. I made the evilest looking male dark elf that I really wanted to play with but I've never been good at role playing overly evil characters.

I'm playing a stealthy Breton bandit turned war witch right now and she ends up doing a lot that goes against her evil nature. I justify it by role playing that she does the good stuff so that people think she's a great person. Meanwhile priests are being abducted and snacked on, assassinations are being perpetrated, houses burglarized, and travelers are never making it to their destinations.

Since we don't know whether there is helmet on/off feature or not( most probably not ), I will just stick to default.

Wait a minute, are you saying the PC is actually a plant? I never even considered that theory.

In Mass Effect I always used the default mush, because it was better than anything I could ever create. As soon as I tried, it looked disfigured. So I left it.

But in every Beth games thus far I never use the default one, because the opposite seems to be true. Having said that, without seeing for myself how good or easy it is in F4, if I can't create a better one then maybe I'll use the default.

Maybe we never really left Vault 111... We were inside our cryogenic chamber this whole time dreaming up a reality where we did leave Vault 111...
