Is there a thread/forum/place for simply reporting bugs so the developers know what needs fixing?

Just to report, not to moan or expect answers.

BUG: Cursor is out of sync with what you are targeting - sometimes you have to "target" way off to acutually pick up or scrap an item.

BUG: sometimes a killed animal will fall through/into the ground and cannot be accessed to loot.

BUG: companions do not go to the settlement you sent them to when dismissing them, and cannot be found.

BUG: Weapons Stand traders do not stay by their stands - they wander off all over the place.
