Constant Freezes but no crash sound cutting out.

OK i'm running a i7 3770k with sli 970 sc and every time i try to play fallout i experience some kind of bug where the game will freeze (usually when i try to enter the pip boy or open a door) but the music from the radio will still play in the background. in addition to this i've also had a problem where all the sound will cut out except for what was last heard and the radio, like i can here Dogmeat panting but it only comes from one side of my headphones and is in loop even if dogmeat is somewhere else or stops altogether. this also includes gun sounds which will pile up while the sounds is cut out and then release all at once EXTREMELY LOUD!!!

OMG I thought it was just me! Ive looked everywhere online including reddit and found nothing like this. I have an AMD FX6300 and GTX770 2GB. I thought it may be autosave, but that didnt stop it. My GPU isnt overheating or being overused. A friend told me that there was a huge memory leak issue, but I thought that was already fixed with the first patch. It happens about every 10min no matter what I'm doing. Other than that it runs great. But that one issue really is a HUGE one. The freezing lasts around 20-30 seconds. I also get the audio issues like you as well. Thank god I'm not the only one at least!

I too suffer from this infernal bug! I have Nvidia GTX 970 and AMD FX 8350 8-core 4.2GHz. There is nothing wrong with my computer build as it can play the latest Assassin's Creed at High beautifully.

It angers me that my friends can play Fallout 4 smoothly and i can't, even though i have a better build than them. I'm using Nvidia Geforce Experience to optimise Fallout 4 and have the latest drivers, but even when i reduce the quality settings, this issue still occurs.

It's getting to the point where i regret buying this game so early.

I have reported this bug to Bethesda. Perhaps you guys should do the same.
