Hey, my name is Black Hawk Sniper and I recently purchased Oblivion for the PC. I have played 4 files on my Xbox 360 but I wanted to start modding (Not to mention by xbox died..). So I have a few questions..

1. Where can I go to find a beginners guide?

Another good place for beginning modders is http://www.tesalliance.org/ They have the first (and, to my knowledge, only) modding school. There are plenty of experts there that can help you out.
