Fallout 4 crash when i launch new game? : Fallout 4

Fallout crash when i go into a new game. I can start it up correcly and get to the main screen screen but once i click new game it load an then just exit to the desktop no error or anything just crash.

That's an old CPU. What is your GPU?

What is the model? Also I didn't notice before but you don't have enough RAM either.

Bay Trail CPU with extremely weak Intel HD graphics (4 EUs). Only 1 RAM DIMM so 4GB may be the absolute maximum.

Its an entry-level laptop. It cannot run the game. period.

I am 64 bit windows 10. So it's my laptop? Even though i can open the game and everything runs smooth.

Yes... it is your laptop. None of your specifications meet the minimum requirements (excluding the O/S).

Verify game cache through steam... then get a new CPU.

Thanks guys. Thought my laptop could not handle it it's okay i'm upgrading. Just wanted t make sure it was the laptop not the game.
