I am trying to run Fallout 4 in Full Screen and the game crashes when it loads.

Windows 8.1
Nvidia GTX860M
Drivers: 358.91

Has anyone been able to run this game with Fullscreen using the same video card?
As a temporary solution I had to roll back my drivers and now run the game in a windowed extremely low resolution.
