Delaney said f3 has boston 2015 : Fallout 4

So brian t delaney said that he heard there is a train tunnel in f3 that has the words Boston 2015 written in it as a reference to fallout 4.

Can anyone confirm this and show us it?

I have a feeling the screenshot he is a referring to is actually off the "Tale of Two Wastelands" mod.

I thought he'd said in the interview that there was a certain place in one of the subway tunnels where you could hear a voice whisper that, not that you see it. Or am I remembering wrong?

Yes. They worked on it since FO3. And there is a reason why the Commonwealth and the Institute are so often mentioned in FO3.

Tho Im doubtful they nail 2015 back then, Todd did confirm the idea for boston being the location for 4 was discussed before even 3 was launched
