Seeing a lot of the different things we can build/do with electricity, I really want to build a dystopian sci-fi wonderland, filled with neon lights of every color and tesla coils. I already plan on having a character with max INT, and I figure those perks will be the ones needs to program all of the computer terminals needed.

It will shine like a diamond in the wasteland.

Given the sheer quantity of useable Bohemian themed junk literring the wasteland, I'd be shocked if this wasn't feasible. Based on Todd's E3 play through, there is going to be more than enough construction material. I'm willing to bet we'll be able to build at least one decent, well sized & defended settlement for each area we can build in the wasteland-- without recycling previous settlement material lol.

I'm planning for 1 heavily fortified community using pre war textures in true Vault City meets TWD Alexandria style. Surrounded by a nice large moat (or natural waterbody like the ocean) to keep the ghouls and raiders out. This will be the center of my caravan trading empire.

I am positive we'll be able to make whatever we want concerning the resource management aspect of it. On all of my characters I pick up every bit of ammo and medical supplies I see and stuff them into two separate lockers. Its very easy to end up with thousands of rounds for guns you do use, and tens of thousands of rounds that are just there to be thrown into the ammo press in Fallout 3 or used at the reloading bench in New Vegas. And thats ontop of the 300 stimpaks in a box I had on my old New Vegas character before I had to euthanize his savegame.

If after 100 hours I don't have enough resources to build, arm, and equip a giant wasteland fortress and its many legions of troops, then ill be surprised. Not that I plan to actually build a fortress, thinking more Megaton or Westside than Fort Independence or Hidden Valley.

Evil fortress, if I can. If not, like a settlement I guess.
