This is one of the NPC Minutemen you help rescue in Concord and end up in Sanctuary Hills. For some damned reason, this female NPC persistently spawns on top of that yellow house across from the PC's original home. And simply stands there all day. No beds or furnishings are in this house so there is no need for her to even route under the roof there. There is a farming patch in the garden outside. But she isn't assigned to working those.

Had to use cheat console to unstick her. But she always returns to the same blasted spot. She doesn't work etc. so the NPC is bugged out. Anyone else experiencing similar glitch with this NPC? Or another NPC?
