Only the surroundings in game like people the structures,backgrounds and terrain is faded, it looks like I'm addicted to something but I'm pretty sure I'm not,it's been like this for a few days, I thought it would go but it happens every time I play, the pip boy colour, vats and the crafting menus are completely fine,someone help me please

Try going back to one of your previous saves and see if that still has the faded colour. If not then I would say just carry on from the newest save that looks fine.
