So I'm a little confused, I started my game off at Very hard, one down from the most difficult of Survival or whatever it's called.

I'm roughly 14 hours into this game, and I've yet to see one legendary enemy. But when I've been watching someone on twitch running Survival, I see legendary enemies every 15 minutes. It's the spawn difference really that high or am I just very unlucky?

I'm playing on Normal and I've already run into at about 7 legendaries. Check out Fiddler's Green Estates, I literally ran into a legendary ghoul there just now.

See, that's what I'm saying. I just check my pipboy app; which hasn't been updated since about noon; and I've killed 350+ enemies and it says 0 legendary kills. Man this svcks. I'll check that area out; but I'm thinking about changing it to Survival until this gets better... I'm ready for some good gear!

Playing on survival is a blast! I have found a legendary enemy roughly every hour. Healing is tough but survival is more of a challenge which I like.
