There's a transfer junk button on all of the crafting stations. This works in most cases but for the cooking station this doesn't work. It would be helpful to have a button that transfers all ingredient foods into the cooking pot, similar to how you can transfer junk into the workbench, so you don't have to sort through your whole inventory to dump it off.
