Started a 2nd character to try a different build. As soon as the character stumbles out of the _________ he cannot move or turn.

I came here to see if others are having the issue. I did not have an issue with my female character. My husband however made a character and the game freezes as he is getting out of the you know what.

He can pull up the save/load menu but nothing else seems to work. Just a lot of shivering, water dripping

Can confirm shutting off xbox by holding down the power button and restarting fixes this.

Restarting after shutting down the xbox is not working for me. It continues to stay frozen with the shivering and the computer message talking in the back ground but my character can not move at all.

I have tried quitting the game first, going to a different game and back, restarting without quitting. Nothing is working.

Freezes at that exact spot EVERY time and I've been trying restarts for over 2 hours now.

I even tried making another character but the same thing.

My husband's game however was fine, not a single problem.

Did you unplug the power cord to the Xbox one and leave it unplugged for 10 seconds?

Power cycling my xbox allowed me to create a character that didn't get stuck at the ______

Still have the post cyro character freeze issue here. Started on the second game profile.
