I was running as fast as I could through The Glowing Sea because of all the radiation and neared a certain story NPC's cave. There was a Deathclaw not far from it. I begin fighting it and backpedal past a rusted out car. What happened next I find odd. The Deathclaw neared the car and thrusted it's arms into the air flipping this car several feet into the air where it landed on me, killing me. There have been a couple of other spots where I have seen large objects randomly fall from the sky. My question is this: are Deathclaws now able to literally throw cars at you? Or was this possibly a freak occurence?

Yes. One person made a post where a deathclaw picked up a car he was trying to circle around to avoid so it seems new capabilities have been added. AND IT'S GREAT!

This is a welcome mechanic. It's forcing players to adopt a new, more effective stratagem.
