Something I noticed this time around with the controllers and 3rd person mode it feels so stiff. I'll still play this mode over 1st any day though

Really? It feels the exact opposite to me. In fact, I was surprised how smooth I could move even in power armor. Probably the best third person has ever been in a Bethesda game IMO.
