Hey all, was hoping you guys could help me with a build i posted here not too long ago.

So a friend of mine gave me some advice on this build, so i changed it from : S4 P6 E3 C7 I3 A3 L2 to S3 P6 E3 C6 I3 A3 L4.

At this point, i have taken bloody mess + scrounger for the better pickups, and i plan on going flame based weapons + rifles of any kind, so any advice would be extremely useful.

Copied this over from reddit for more exposure, not sure if you guys might be able to help me on this, but bloody mess and scrounger have helped out immensely, other than that i heard lockpicking/hacking is important, but i need combat perks as well....any advice?
