So I invested a bit of time early on in my play trough after killing the death claw and getting those folks to the sanctuary to build it up.
When I found out you can scrap pretty much anything you can look at I decide to go on a scrap spree and clear the Sanctuary of unnecessary rubbish.
Especially those collapsed houses since the give good resources.

So a few good 15 hours later in my play trough i returned to the sanctuary and turned on my recruitment beacon, and 4 minutes later 2 distress signals popped up.
After locating both signals to 99,6% I'm standing on the platform of one of the scrapped collapsed houses. But nothing is there just a empty concrete platform with nobody on it or near it.
So if scrapping the collapsed houses is causing this isn't this a major flaw that should be addressed.

According to a friend of mine he found 2 bodies at the same location.

Has anybody else witness this? does anybody know a why around it? I would post 2 screenshot here further showing it but you can't post links..
