Just a quick note in case anyone else sees this - I assume only on the PC given the variety of GPUs.

At one point, I used "TAB" to bring up the PipBoy, and although it was making the typical sounds, there was nothing displayed - nothing in front of my eyes, but the PipBoy should have been there. I tabbed it on and off several times - no change.

I discovered that if you temporarily change to 3rd person view, and back, it will correct it. Hasn't come back since.

I actually had this issue last night. It also affected my weapon. I don't know what causes it, but it is annoying. I also found that switching to 3rd person view fixes it, but then I had it happen again almost immediately.
