In 99% of every game I play, I move with Arrow keys and my "Use" key is my middle mouse button. There are other differences too, but I'm finding the lack of rebinding support to be probably the worst I've seen in any game that had it.

I rebound "Use" To middle mouse.. and that's recognized about 1 time in 10, meaning I need to reach across the keyboard to hit it very often.

As for arrow keys, well they are also used for conversations, which you can't remap, so if I try to move during a conversation, guess what happens?

It's bad.
